RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to return any items you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA contact us within 7days of receiving your order.

All returns are at your expense. We advise you to use a reputable shipping service where a signature is required. All goods remain your responsibility until we have received them. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment with the relevant RMA. 

The RMA number should be written on your original invoice. All returns must have their tags still intact. Please be advised we cannot accept any returns unless you have a RMA and all the relevant paperwork is posted together with your returns and with tags intact.

If you wish to exchange, please contact us your required size/colour and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

In order to return faulty goods you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To obtain a RMA contact us and follow the returns process as above.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged and there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. You will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU shipments. This is excluding shipping charges and providing goods are undamaged and correctly returned. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

RETURNING SALE GOODS

Same policy as above except:

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number. Goods returned after 7 days can only be refunded as store credit at Yan Neo.
